What we collect

Your name, email address, and anything you upload or type into the portal as part of your engagement. We do not collect or store payment information here.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the engagement you hired us for, to send you the magic-link sign-in emails you request, and to keep an internal record of the work performed. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

How long we keep it

Files and questionnaire responses are retained for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterward. Reach out to marc@golabs.tech if you want your workspace deleted earlier.

Security

All traffic is served over TLS. Files at rest are encrypted with AES-256 (SSE-S3). The database is encrypted at rest by our provider. Access is gated by workspace membership and every administrative action is logged.
